Although Jesus gave the world no cause to hate him , the world hates him because he testifies of it that the works thereof are evil. He said the world would hate his followers too . Jesus' beloved disciple John warned Christians not to marvel that the world hated Christians . Jesus said that all that will live godly in Christ shall suffer persecution , and would be mocked reviled and hated in his name . He also said Christians would be hated of all nations for his names' sake.
God created man so that he could have pure unfettered fellowship with souls who would willingly love and trust him because they could see that he loved them . But man chose to turn his back to God and became a murderer at heart , as evidenced by Cain . Proverbs 6:16 denotes seven abominations of the human heart inherited through Adam's sin of disobedience .They are ; a proud look , a lying tongue and hands that shed innocent blood , an heart that deviseth wicked imaginations , feet that be swift in running to mischief , a false witness that speaketh lies , and he that soweth discord among brethren . God loves righteousness and hates iniquity and the work of them that turn aside .

His enemies are those who never believed in him . " Adam had in essence eaten of that sacrifice . God said ; " Know therefore that the Lord thy God , the faithful God , which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations ; and repayeth them that hate him to their face to destroy them : he will not be slack to him that hateth him , he will repay him to his face . " He said ; " According to their deeds accordingly he will repay fury to his adversaries , recompense to his enemies ; to the islands he will repay recompense ...If I whet my glittering sword and mine hand take hold on judgment : I will render vengeance to mine enemies , and will reward them that hate me . "

Yet another Liberty University middle finger display of contempt
Because TBN personalities display demonic hand signs in abundance , I vowed only to post pictures from their network which clearly revealed the middle finger contempt for the Word of God . When I noticed this Liberty University speaker, Ken Davis , motioning with his hands on a program aired 5/24/14 I began taping , expecting to see similar signals given at Liberty University before .
Not long ago another speaker displayed his middle finger to Christ , ( for Jesus said when you have done it to the least of these my children , you have done it unto me ) . For weeks at a time I cannot receive TBN broadcasting in the area in which I live . I thought I might take opportunity of the chance to continue to scrutinize them once in a while . I can usually receive them for an hour or so occasionally . I've included the other well known demonic signals Mr. Davis made during this talk at Liberty . They are ; El Diablo ( the devil hand ), the overhead witches' pyramid , the two finger point to the temples , and Billy Graham's Mummy's Ghost .
Though I'm sure Jesus enjoyed the life on earth his Father gave him , and that he more than likel;y laughed heartily with his disciples at times , I doubt that any humor was inferred while reading the Word of God as this man does . Jesus' mission was to save souls from hell . There is nothing humorous about that . Jesus said that foolish talking and jesting were not convenient , ( appropriate ) . I doubt that John the Baptist or Jesus or his disciples tried to win converts by jesting . His obvious goodness and wisdom attracted those who would believe and follow him .

Christians are to obey governmental laws
Knowing that men would reject his direct supervision , God instituted governments .
God mandates in the Bible that men be subject to principalities and powers and to obey magistrates .
Romans 13:1 says ; " Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers . For there be no power but of God .: the powers that be are ordained of God . Whosoever therefore resisteth the power , resisteth the ordinance of God : and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation . For rulers are not a terror to good works , but to the evil . Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power ? do that which is good , and thou shalt have praise of the same . For he is the minister of God to thee for good . The Enlightenment , The Age of Reason ?
Satan used this 17th century scheme to supplant the tiny remnant of true Christianity in the world with socialism's oft used platform of establishing a revolutionary " new way " of understanding the meaning of life through " scientific" thought . Ain't No Saint
Recently , popes John XXIII and John Paul were proclaimed to be saints . But unless God declares you a saint , you are not one . If you have repented of your sins and accepted Christ by faith as your Lord and Saviour , and you abide in him , you will not need others to confirm that you are one .
Jesus said , " I am the good shepherd , and know my sheep and am known of mine . " Peter told Jesus , " Thou art the Christ , the Son of the living God . Jesus answered and said unto him , Blessed art thou Simon Barjona : for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee , but my Father which is in heaven . " Jesus also said , " No man knoweth the Son , but the Father , neither knoweth any man the Father , save the Son , and he to whomever the Son will reveal him . " Jesus said too, that , " no man knoweth who the Son is , but the Father , and who the Father is , but the Son , and he to whom the Son will reveal him . " The Bible states that God , the Holy Spirit reveals these things to God's servants , and prophets and holy apostles .
The apostle Paul wrote to the Christians at Corinth saying ; " to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus , called to be saints , with all that is in every place , call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord , both theirs and ours . Saints are those who believe in and obey Christ . But Jesus said , " not every one that saith unto me , Lord , Lord , shall enter into the kingdom of heaven ; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven ... depart from me , ye that work iniquity ...I never knew you . "
Some of the Catholic churches' iniquities include the name of its " pope ", which meant " father " in Greek , or "papas " , a variation of " pappas " father . Jesus told his followers to call no man your father on earth , and that he would not share his glory with another .
