At the very left top is the occult pennant atop the obelisk , ( such as the Washington monument ) , symbol of Egypt's gods " ntr " or "ntjr "
Directly beneath the pennant are 3 of Cheops pyramids
Hiram's key is in the center pointing downward
An occult cross is atop 3 of the 4 Masonic eggs
All 4 of Masonry's eggs are discernible surrounding the occult cross
The Masonic envelope is a little difficult to find , but it's there
